As a Reiki healer and guide, Angelica Arc offers healing sessions, intuitive coaching, and energy work to support your personal development, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. These services are complementary and not intended to replace medical treatment or psychological counseling. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatments.

Reiki Treatments: Reiki sessions aim to serve the highest good of all concerned, but specific results or outcomes are not guaranteed. The effects of Reiki treatment vary for each individual.
Booking a Reiki Healing Appointment
Session Booking: Treatments are available by appointment only and are scheduled at a date and time mutually agreed upon by both client and practitioner. To confirm your appointment, you must submit the Reservation using the calendly link, sending in a request by email or text. A consent form for new clients, will need to be reviewed and signed before their first session.
Client’s Responsibility: By booking and receiving a Reiki session, you agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being, decisions, and life choices. Clients understand that healing is a process that may require multiple sessions and commitment over time.
Late Arrivals and Cancellation
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full payment is required, and your session may be shortened depending on the time of delay.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend without prior notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Payment
Payment Methods:
Cash, Cheque, Credit Cards (+1,75% to cover online fees), or Paypal (+5% to cover online fees) are welcome.
Full payment is due on arrival BEFORE the session begins.
Bank Transfer is accepted with receipt of payment 24 hours prior to the appointment scheduled.
The Public Health System:
* Reiki healings are NOT covered by the French Sécurité Sociale (Sécu), the public health system.
* Some complementary health insurers cover alternative healing treatments,(etiopathy, naturopathy, podiatrist, osteopath, microkinesitherapy, dietitian, reflexologist, sophrology, light therapist, hypnotherapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, homeopathy), but alas NOT yet Reiki.
Health and Safety
Health Conditions: You agree to inform Angelica Arc of any existing health conditions, allergies, or contraindications that may affect your ability to participate in a Reiki session. Reiki sessions are generally safe for most people, but if you have concerns, please consult a physician beforehand.
Effect of Reiki Treatment: Reiki may bring comfort and healing, but each person’s experience is unique. There is no guarantee of a specific outcome, and it’s important to note that healing is an ongoing process that might require multiple sessions to achieve lasting results.

Reiki works to serve the highest good of all involved. Reiki will not interfere with the process but can provide comfort and peace during the end-of-life experience.
Beginning-of-Life
Reiki does work very well in all stages of pregnancy from pre-conception all the way through to childbirth.

Liability: By booking a session, you agree to hold Angelica Arc harmless for any intended or unintended results from Reiki treatments.
No Guarantees: While Reiki can be a transformative healing tool, Angelica Arc does not guarantee specific outcomes. The effectiveness of Reiki is individual and cannot be promised. Any advice or guidance provided is not intended to substitute medical or psychological treatment.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and French privacy laws. Information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
Client’s Role in Healing
Clients are responsible for their own health and healing process. While Reiki can facilitate healing, long-term changes in health and well-being may require shifts in lifestyle, attitude, and nutrition. Angelica Arc is not responsible for the results of decisions or actions made based on the guidance received during sessions.
Force Majeure
In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters, government restrictions), appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Angelica Arc will make every reasonable effort to accommodate clients during such events, and no liability shall arise due to such circumstances.
Amendments to These Terms
Angelica Arc reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms. Prices are permitted to change in March and September.
